Why Get a Surveyor?
- The purchase or development of land is the biggest commitment of many people's lives. A simple and inexpensive survey report can give them (and you) PEACE OF MIND and save many $.......... 000's.
- An identification report on a property will give you the assurance that there are no problems that may lead to difficulties with your Local Council, neighbour or future sale. An industry audit revealed that over 50% of survey reports raised matters which led to changes in the Contract for Sale.
- Before building you need to know the contour of the land. Are there any encumbrances? What is the true size and are there any easements affecting it? Why take the risk not knowing!
- Be certain that the structure or addition being constructed is within the boundary and within the prescribed limits of the Local Government Act. You do not want to find out years later that the construction does not comply and thus reduce the expected sale price of the property.
